Sarasota/Siesta Key, FL

March 2023

Length of Stay: 4 days/3 nights; Wednesday through Saturday

Where to Stay: Sarasota Modern Hotel

This was a cute, boutique style hotel. The pool was great and although we had to pay for food/drinks at their restaurant, it was also really good.

Food & Drink

Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch

Wink Wink Modern Lounge (hotel restaurant)

Dutch Valley Restaurant - this is a hole in the wall but was really good. We were the only people under 80 in the place

Dry Dock Waterfront Grill - you can make a reservation here. This was definitely top of my favorites list

Shore in St. Armands Circle - we saw Chloe here from Siesta Key reality show on MTV

Dinner

Siesta Key Oyster Bar -we waited for 2 hours, get your name on the list ASAP. There are several bars around the area where you can wait

Island House - we had apps here while we were waiting for dinner. GET THE DUCK FAT FRIES, you won't regret it

Speaks Clam Bar - St. Armands Circle - this was my favorite dinner spot

Owens Fish Camp - we put our name on the list on the way back from the beach and they were ready for us 45 mins later after we got ready

What to Wear

Pack tons of bathing suits, cover ups and cute sundresses for dinners. I was usually overdressed at night but better than being underdressed.
